Peering Methods
Flexible Interconnection Options
We offer multiple interconnection methods to accommodate diverse network architectures and facilitate efficient traffic exchange. Depending on your physical presence and infrastructure capabilities, you can establish peering with our network through the options detailed below.
Peer via IXP
Establishing multilateral and bilateral connections across public Internet Exchange Points for optimized traffic exchange.
Route Server
By default, we announce our routes to the Route Servers at all participating IXPs. In most scenarios, we strongly recommend peer networks to also exchange routes via the RS to minimize configuration overhead and administrative complexity.
Direct Session
We support establishing direct BGP sessions over a shared IXP fabric. Please contact our NOC to initiate the setup process.
Peer via Tunnel
We support Layer 2 tunnels (VXLAN, GREtap) and Layer 3 tunnels (WireGuard, GRE).
Generally, this peering method is not recommended. Due to the inherent configuration complexity and ongoing maintenance overhead, tunnel peering requests are only considered under exceptional circumstances. Our NOC evaluates all applications on a strict case-by-case basis to determine feasibility.
